1. KEY DATES:

This Promotion begins on December 13, 2023 at 3 p.m. EST and ends on January 3, 2024, at 11 p.m. EST (hereby known as the “Promotion Period”).

       2. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER:

“VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.  In addition to the eligibility requirements outlined in the Main Terms, to be eligible an entrant must also be a resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) who has reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry or be between the ages of [lower age limit] and the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence (each, a “Minor”) provided any such Minor’s parent/legal guardian has consented to his/her participation in this Promotion and has accepted and agreed to be legally bound by the Main Terms and this Term Sheet on the Minor’s behalf.  

NOTE TO MINORS: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, on a random audit basis to contact a Minor’s parent/legal guardian for the purposes of verifying their: (i) agreement to be legally bound by the Main Terms and this Term Sheet on the Minor’s behalf; (ii) consent to the Minor’s participation in this Promotion; and/or (iii) consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the Minor’s personal information.  Failure of a Minor’s parent/legal guardian to complete any such required verification to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the time frame specified by the Sponsor may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, result in disqualification of the Minor.”

3. HOW TO ENTER:

To participate in the contest, the participant must complete the following steps: Follow us on either our Instagram account (@isiccanada), or Facebook account (ISIC Canada – Exclusive Student Discounts), like all the three (3) trivia post questions posted on our Instagram and or Facebook page (there will be three questions in total), and submit the answer to each trivia question to the form we indicate on the post(s) and fill in the other information required on the form.

After completing all entry requirements, the participant will be eligible to earn one (1) entry per person for all three trivia questions.

4. ENTRY LIMIT:

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person for all three trivia questions.

5. PRIZE(S):

There will be six (6) Prizes (the “Prize”) available to be won.  The Prize consists of three mystery boxes containing gifts that first three winner(s) whose names are drawn will win, and then three mini prizes of $100 grocery gift cards that the following three winner(s) whose names are drawn will win (these three winners will choose a gift card from the list made available to them once they are contacted). The approximate retail value of all the Prizes is $1,294.62 CAD. 

6. ELIGIBLE WINNER SELECTION PROCESS:

On January 10, 2024 in Ottawa, Ontario at approximately 3:00 p.m. EST, one (1) eligible entrant per Prize will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries submitted and received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries submitted and received. 

If you are chosen as one of the six winners, you must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be administered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsor’s form of declaration and release).
