ISIC 2025 Fall Contest – Student Prize Packs

1. KEY DATES:

This Promotion begins on October 7, 2025 at 6:30p.m. EST and ends on December 8, 2025 at 6 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”).  

    2. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER:

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.  In addition to the eligibility requirements outlined in the Main Terms, to be eligible an entrant must also be a resident of Canada who has reached the legal age of majority or older in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry.    

    3. INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK NOT INVOLVED:

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook (each, a “Social Platform”).  Each Social Platform is hereby completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Promotion.  Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Sponsor and not to a Social Platform.  You may only use one (1) Account from each Social Platform to participate in this Promotion. To be eligible to earn any Entry in this Promotion, your Account settings must be set to allow the Sponsor to be able to view your Entry.  

      4. HOW TO ENTER:

At or near the beginning of the Promotion Period, the Sponsor will make a Promotion-related post (each, a “Post”) on https://www.instagram.com/isiccanada.ca. To enter and be eligible to earn a maximum of one (1) Entry per Social Platform, follow the instructions in the applicable Post.   Methods of entry will generally include (but are not restricted to) one (1) or more of the following requirements (depending on the Social Platform): (i) “like” the Post; (ii) tag a friend and/or the Sponsor on the Post; (iii) leave a comment on the Post; (iv) answer a question on the Post; and/or (v) include a specific hashtag(s) (the “Entry Requirements”).  When all required steps of the entry process are complete, you will automatically be eligible to earn one (1) Entry in the Promotion.  To be eligible, all content and materials associated with your Entry must: (i) be submitted and received in accordance with this Term Sheet during the Promotion Period; (ii) satisfy all Entry Requirements; (iii) be in accordance with the Main Terms and this Term Sheet, including, but not limited to, the specific Submission Requirements listed in Rule 12 of the Main Terms; and (iv) be in accordance with the applicable terms, rules, policies and guidelines of the Social Platform (all as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion).  

     5. PRIZE(S):

There will be two (2) Prizes (the “Prize(s)”) available to be won.  Prize Pack One consists of the following: Porter Airlines $100 Gift Card, Herschel Novel™ Duffle | Carry On – 26.5L in colour black, Lenovo Wired Essentials Kit and an ISIC luggage tag. Prize Pack Two consists of the following: LaCie 2TB Rugged USB-C Portable Hard Drive, Herschel Canada – City Backpack – 16L, Softmoc Gift Card, and an ISIC luggage tag.  The approximate retail value of both prize packs is $759 CAD.   There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person.

     6. ELIGIBLE WINNER SELECTION PROCESS:

Sometime during the week of December 8, 2025 in Ottawa, ON at approximately 1 p.m. EST, one (1) eligible entrant per Prize will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries submitted and received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries submitted and received.

 Cette promotion commence le 7 Octobre 2025 à 18 h 30 EST et prend fin le 8 Décembre 2025 à 18 h EST (la « Période de promotion »).

     2. CONDITIONS D’ADMISSIBILITÉ :

 NUL OÙ LA LOI L’INTERDIT OU LE RESTREINT.  En plus des conditions d’admissibilité énoncées dans les modalités principales, pour être admissible, une participante ou un participant doit également être résidente ou résident du Canada et avoir atteint l’âge légal de la majorité dans sa province ou dans son territoire de résidence au moment de son inscription.   

     3. INSTAGRAM ET FACEBOOK NE SONT PAS IMPLIQUÉS :

 La promotion n’est en aucun cas commanditée, approuvée ou administrée par Instagram ou Facebook (chacun étant une « Plateforme sociale »), ni associée à ces derniers.  Chaque plateforme sociale est par la présente entièrement dégagée de toute responsabilité par chaque participant à cette promotion.  Les questions, commentaires ou plaintes concernant la promotion, quels qu’ils soient, doivent être adressés au commanditaire et non à une plateforme sociale.  Vous ne pouvez utiliser qu’un (1) seul compte de chaque plateforme sociale pour participer à cette promotion. Le deuxième lot de prix comprend un disque dur portatif de deux téraoctets LaCie Rugged USB-C, un sac à dos City de Herschel Canada de 16 litres, une carte-cadeau de Softmoc et une étiquette à bagage ISIC.  La valeur approximative des deux lots de prix est de 759 dollars canadiens.   Une (1) seule participation par personne.

   6. PROCESSUS DE SÉLECTION D’UNE GAGNANTE OU D’UN GAGNANT ADMISSIBLE :

Au cours de la semaine du 8 décembre 2025, à Ottawa, en Ontario, vers 13 h EST., une (1) participante admissible par prix sera tiré au hasard parmi toutes les participations admissibles soumises et reçues.
