1. KEY DATES:
This Promotion begins on Sept. 7, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. ESTT and ends on Sept. 29, 2021, at 1 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”).  
2. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER:
“VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.  In addition to the eligibility requirements outlined in the Main Terms, to be eligible an entrant must also be a resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) who has reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry, or be between the ages of [lower age limit] and the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence (each, a “Minor”) provided any such Minor’s parent/legal guardian has consented to his/her participation in this Promotion and has accepted and agreed to be legally bound by the Main Terms and this Term Sheet on the Minor’s behalf.

NOTE TO MINORS: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, on a random audit basis to contact a Minor’s parent/legal guardian for the purposes of verifying their: (i) agreement to be legally bound by the Main Terms and this Term Sheet on the Minor’s behalf; (ii) consent to the Minor’s participation in this Promotion; and/or (iii) consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the Minor’s personal information.  Failure of a Minor’s parent/legal guardian to complete any such required verification to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the time frame specified by the Sponsor may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, result in disqualification of the Minor.”

3. HOW TO ENTER:
To obtain the Official Promotion Entry Form (the “Entry Form”) during the Promotion Period, go to https://isic.ca/adidasheadphones (the “Website”).  Next, fully complete the Entry Form with all required information.  After completing all entry requirements, you will be eligible to earn one (1) Entry.

4. ENTRY LIMIT:
There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person.

5. PRIZE(S):
There will be nine (16) Prizes (the “Prize”) available to be won.  The Prize consists of 2 Contiki Prize Packs, 10 passes (5 winners – get two passes each) to the Royal Ontario Museum, 4 passes (2 winners – get two passes each) to FlyOver Canada.  The approximate retail value of each Prize is $712 CAD.  There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person.

6. ELIGIBLE WINNER SELECTION PROCESS:
On Oct. 5, 2021, in Ottawa, Ontario at approximately 1:00 p.m. ESTT,  nine (9) eligible entrant per Prize will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries submitted and received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries submitted and received.
